Salary: 900 – 1100 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on Transaction Monitoring and financial crime prevention, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define, analyze, and implement system requirements.
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Acting as a bridge between Business and IT teams from a scope and requirements perspective
- Collecting, validating, structuring, and documenting business (functional and non-functional) requirements
- Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Developers and Testers regarding requirements and clarifications
- Supporting the Testing team in preparing test scenarios
- Supporting the Business team during UAT to ensure proper scope coverage
- Analyzing, designing, and contributing to the implementation and maintenance of Transaction Monitoring systems
- Collaborating with business experts, Product Owner, SMEs, and various stakeholders
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis
- Experience in collecting, validating, and structuring business requirements
- Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques
- Understanding of data analysis and information modelling
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Knowledge of banking domain (financial crime prevention is a strong advantage)
- Familiarity with Capital Markets and Trade Finance products is a plus
- Experience with Hadoop and Transaction Monitoring domain is a plus
