Project
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Administer, maintain and develop the WEBCON BPS platform
- Support end users and resolve day-to-day system issues
- Analyze, map and optimize business processes across departments
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Configure forms, workflows, permissions and business rules
- Design and implement new document workflows and automation processes
- Cooperate with business stakeholders during process improvement initiatives
- Test new functionalities and support system deployments
- Prepare technical and user documentation
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support
- Develop integrations between WEBCON BPS and other enterprise systems
- Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives
Expected competences and knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience working with WEBCON BPS
- Experience in workflow management and business process automation
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design system solutions
- Knowledge of document management and electronic workflow processes
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience supporting end users and conducting trainings
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Microsoft technologies is a strong advantage
- WEBCON certifications or related BPM/workflow certifications would be considered a plus

If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
