Salary: 1100 – 1600 PLN / MD

Work model: remote with occasional visits to the office (once a month in Warsaw, Kraków, or the Tricity area)

Project

We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer  to join a new fintech project focused on building and developing modern machine learning solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in MLOps engineering or closely related platform engineering roles.
• 2+ years of experience designing and operating model serving infrastructure in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including ML workloads and platform integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Practical experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle management and production ML operations.
• Experience implementing A/B testing, shadow deployments, and advanced release strategies for ML models.
• Experience with streaming platforms and CDC architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools.
• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Experience building highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering and data teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
