Project
Responsibilities you’ll have
-
Elicit and analyse functional and non-functional requirements by collaborating with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders
-
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify, document, and translate requirements into implementation specifications

Perform data mapping, data modelling, and solution design activities supporting business and technical objectives
-
Contribute to application architecture, maintainability, and the design of scalable data solutions
-
Design and support near real-time data pipelines and data-driven products
-
Conduct quantitative data analysis to identify issues, assess impacts, and recommend effective solutions
-
Collaborate with developers, test engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
-
Create and maintain high-quality requirements documentation, including use cases and process descriptions
-
Access and analyse complex, distributed datasets and perform statistical analysis where required
-
Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment across diverse teams and business domains
-
Promote analytical excellence by challenging existing approaches, advocating best practices, and driving continuous improvement
Expected competences and knowledge
-
5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, IT Analysis, Data Engineering, or similar analytical roles
-
Proven experience designing data-intensive solutions within complex enterprise environments
-
Hands-on experience within the banking or financial services industry
-
Strong understanding of requirements elicitation techniques and business analysis methodologies
-
Proven ability to transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
-
Experience with AI solutions, including Copilot, LLMs, and agentic approaches, with the ability to drive adoption of new ways of working
-
Excellent SQL skills, including experience with Snowflake and MS SQL Server
-
Experience with Snowflake and dbt in modern data platforms
-
Knowledge of architectural and engineering practices such as Domain-Driven Design, Event Sourcing, Microservices Architecture, and Clean Code principles
-
Experience building and scaling data products with a strong focus on enabling data-driven decision-making
-
Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and facilitation skills

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
