Project
You will be involved in a financial services project focused on developing and enhancing digital business banking solutions for customers across the Nordic region, including Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. The project involves a modern, large-scale banking platform and customer-facing web and mobile banking services.
Responsibilities you’ll have:
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services for digital banking platforms.
- Driving backend testing activities within an agile team to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Supporting business analysis activities and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Using AI-assisted tools in daily development, testing, and automation of routine tasks.
- Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to continuous improvement and operational support.
Expected competences and knowledge
- Practical experience with Java (21+) and Spring Boot 3.5, with knowledge of the ongoing transition to JDK 25+ and Spring Boot 4.x.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, OpenAPI (Swagger), and CI/CD release procedures using Jenkins.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, AssertJ, and WireMock.
- Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Spring Template, and ORM using Hibernate.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+ for frontend development.
- Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools effectively to accelerate development, testing, and automation of routine tasks.

If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.

Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
