Project
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Design and develop modern Data & Analytics architectures in cooperation with domain architects, business architects, and solution designers
- Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for HD/BI solutions
- Support the integration of Databricks cloud platform with existing on-premise Oracle/SAS Data Warehouse environments
- Drive implementation of DataOps practices and SDLC standards across Data & Analytics initiatives
- Automate development and maintenance processes using CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
- Provide internal technology consulting and architectural guidance
- Ensure consistency and synergy of delivered architectural solutions
- Mentor technical teams in architecture standards and best practices
- Support governance initiatives related to Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineag
Expected competences and knowledge
- Proven experience defining architectural standards and mentoring HD/BI teams
- Strong experience designing hybrid architectures (on-premise + cloud)
Solid understanding of data modeling and data flow design
Experience defining and implementing SDLC processes for Data & Analytics solutions - Experience automating HD/BI delivery and maintenance processes in line with DataOps practices
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
- Good understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage
- Practical knowledge of Oracle data platforms (Oracle Exadata is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of SAS 9.4 and/or SAS Viya will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Databricks will be considered an asset
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Experience designing solutions based on Microsoft Azure components

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
Next, you’ll meet your future Team Leader at our office. We’ll discuss your experience, ways of working, and how your skills match the role, while giving you a better understanding of the team and day-to-day collaboration.
