Project
Responsibilities you’ll have

Support and act as a Deputy to the RACF Project Lead
-
Coordinate and execute project activities across business and technical teams
-
Drive progress across delivery teams and ensure achievement of project milestones
-
Facilitate daily stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews
-
Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and governance materials
-
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
-
Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and status presentations
-
Ensure accountability across project stakeholders and participating teams
-
Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and Integration expertsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation
-
Coordinate implementation of automation initiatives supporting project delivery
-
Support governance activities, audit requirements, and project reporting processes
Expected competences and knowledge
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
-
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
-
Ability to manage priorities, remove blockers, and drive delivery in complex environments
-
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
-
Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, and risk management
-
Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
-
Knowledge of access control frameworks and user lifecycle management
-
Familiarity with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments
-
Understanding of regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
Next, you’ll meet your future Team Leader at our office. We’ll discuss your experience, ways of working, and how your skills match the role, while giving you a better understanding of the team and day-to-day collaboration.
