Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and enhancing an enterprise risk management platform used to manage non-financial risks across a large financial organization. The project aims to streamline and modernize risk management processes, improve reporting and data visualization, and support business decision-making through Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions
- Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly reporting solutions
Expected competences and knowledge
- Several years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong expertise in MS SQL, DAX, and advanced Microsoft Excel (data preparation, transformations, and table relationships)
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data optimization
- Experience in data handling, reporting, and data visualization
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
