Project
Join the New Ventures Core Tech area as a Mid-level Fullstack Engineer and work on a dynamic project focused on rapid delivery, technical versatility, and seamless integration with external strategic partners.
The main objective of the project is to build, adapt, and integrate APIs that enable smooth cooperation with external business partners.
You will work across the full technology stack, dynamically switching between backend and frontend development depending on current project priorities. You will contribute to developing new functionalities, adapting existing systems, and supporting the onboarding and integration of external partners.
Expected competences and knowledge
- Good programming skills in Java or Kotlin and experience working with microservices
- Solid hands-on frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Practical experience with React and component-based frontend development
- Good understanding of REST API principles, JSON, and backend endpoint integration
- Ability to work effectively across both backend and frontend areas and switch between different technical contexts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments
- Understanding of modern UX/UI principles and accessibility standard

If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
