Project
Expected competences and knowledge
- Min. 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer
- Front-End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks)
- Back-End technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages; experience with frameworks like Django)
- Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, strong data modeling skills)
- API Development: Ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs
- Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with Azure and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes); CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Security Practices: Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- Automation Anywhere knowledge and experience
- Automated tests with JUnit, Selenium
- Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent professional certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or advanced programming
Responsibilities you’ll have

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications across the full technology stack

Define technical architecture, drive technology decisions, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and long-term platform strategy

Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, software quality principles, and maintainability guidelines

Build and enhance modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and data processing solutions

Design and optimize data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance

Lead the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions, supporting automation and continuous delivery initiatives

Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum environments

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and development efficiency

Mentor and support development team members through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews

Champion software quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
Next, you’ll meet your future Team Leader at our office. We’ll discuss your experience, ways of working, and how your skills match the role, while giving you a better understanding of the team and day-to-day collaboration.
