Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on improving and optimizing a large-scale enterprise infrastructure. You will help drive automation initiatives and enhance platform reliability while working in an agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures
- Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities
- Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures for end users, engineers, and architects
- Collaborate effectively within our SAFE SCRUM framework
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support
- Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
Expected competences and knowledge
- GCE and migration from Vmware to GCE
- Redhat Satellite patch management and automation
- High proficiency in Bash scripting and dynamic programming languages (Python, Perl)
- Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible
- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments
- Proficiency with software development tools including GIT and Jira
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments (min. 6 years of commercial experience in Linux environment)

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
Next, you’ll meet your future Team Leader at our office. We’ll discuss your experience, ways of working, and how your skills match the role, while giving you a better understanding of the team and day-to-day collaboration.
