Project
Join a banking security risk management initiative focused on the investigation and remediation of critical security vulnerabilities identified through Offensive Security Testing and Operational Security activities. The role involves driving risk assessment and remediation efforts, ensuring security issues are addressed in line with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities you’ll have

Lead end-to-end management of security remediation cases

Coordinate investigations of critical security vulnerabilities and deficiencies

Assess security risks and define appropriate remediation strategies

Drive timely resolution of identified security issues and track progress against agreed plans

Collaborate with security teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to mitigate security risks

Facilitate communication, status reporting, and escalation management throughout the case lifecycle

Ensure remediation activities align with the bank’s security standards, policies, and risk appetite

Manage multiple security cases simultaneously while coordinating activities across diverse teams

Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, proactively driving them to resolution

Apply project management principles to ensure successful delivery of remediation outcomes
Expected competences and knowledge
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience
- Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
- Experience in IT Risk Management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity-related frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Excellent problem solving skills; ability to navigate from unclarity to clarity.
- Advanced communication skills; ability to discuss and articulate complex matters with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good presentation skills; ability to craft and deliver presentations, to influence stakeholders.
- A learning mindset; positive attitude and interest to learn about new and unfamiliar topics.
- Ownership skills; capability of taking charge and driving own responsibilities.
- Good level of spoken and written English.

If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
