Project
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Fraud Prevention to support the development of solutions dedicated to fraud detection and prevention within claims and benefits processes.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, fraud prevention experts, data analysts, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions. You will play a key role in building and enhancing anti-fraud capabilities, helping the organization identify suspicious patterns, mitigate risks, and improve operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in business analysis, fraud management, and insurance claims processes.
Expected competences and knowledge

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role

3+ years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud analytics, risk management, or financial crime
-
Experience within the insurance sector, particularly in claims and benefits processes

Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
-
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
-
Knowledge of business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE)
-
Experience creating User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specifications
-
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Understanding of fraud detection, investigation, and case management processes

Ability to define business rules and fraud detection scenarios

Working knowledge of SQL

Experience with UAT and business testing

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience implementing or enhancing fraud management solutions

Knowledge of platforms such as SAS Fraud Management, FICO Falcon, Actimize, Guidewire, or similar
