Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on shaping and evolving the IT architecture to support strategic business capabilities and modernisation initiatives.
Responsibilities you’ll have
- Deliver high‑quality architectural outcomes in line with our standards and agreed objectives
- Proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and shared change initiatives within your domain
- Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear, accessible ways to build understanding across stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with architects and stakeholders across the organisation to improve architecture holistically
- Advise and support stakeholders in resolving architectural issues and implementing the target architecture
- Maintain focus on your own professional development while mentoring others to strengthen overall team capability
- Lead strategic discussions to evolve architecture toward reduced complexity, cost efficiency, improved agility, lower risk, and stronger business capabilities
- Analyse stakeholder needs, maintain an overview of the current application and infrastructure landscape, identify gaps, and create architecture visions and roadmaps aligned with business strategy
Expected competences and knowledge
- Microsoft Azure certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise applications on Azure AKS
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise databases on Azure PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using Kafka within Azure environments
- Strong business knowledge
- Strong software engineering background
- Excellent IT solution architecture skills
- Professional‑level enterprise architecture knowledge
- Strong conceptual thinking skills

You’ll meet with our HR team to discuss your experience, approach to software development, and teamwork. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of the conversation. Then, you’ll take part in a technical interview focused on your skills and problem-solving mindset.
If both interviews go well, we’ll match you with a project aligned with your skills and expectations. You’ll then meet the client – this is where the final project-related decision is made.
Based on feedback and your preferences, we’ll prepare an offer tailored to your experience. We’ll agree on the project, salary, type of contract, and your start date.
We start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your experience, career goals, and motivation, while giving you a chance to learn more about Jit Team and the role.
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a short recruitment task to showcase your skills. We’ll also verify your English language proficiency as part of this stage.
Next, you’ll meet your future Team Leader at our office. We’ll discuss your experience, ways of working, and how your skills match the role, while giving you a better understanding of the team and day-to-day collaboration.
